Ep 3

The train roughly continued its way along the track as the sun lit up the cars brightly. Stephanie rested her back against her seat, allowing her legs to slide forward lazily as she opened window and was quickly met by the cool breeze she loved. She rolled her head on her neck until it finally loosened up and she allowed it to fall back against the cushion hard.

“Sleep well last night,” Kyoji asked as he felt the thud on his head. He leaned up and looked behind him, only seeing the very top of her light brown hair.

“My pillows…” she started to say but let the words fade into nothing.

“What about them, do you need me to buy you some new ones,” he asked her as he quickly rubbed her head and threw her in any which direction.

A smile founds it’s way across her lips before she answered, “they need un-fluffing.”

“Un-fluffing,” Kyoji asked with curiosity ringing on the last note.

Bringing her chin to her chest Stephanie replied, “yes, because my spin looks like a golf club when I sleep.” The pair erupted in laughter, Kyoji falling back into the seat behind her. The door at the far side of the opened and something immediately caught Kyoji’s eyes. The same three old walked into the car and behind them numerous men all wearing the same black suit.

“Stephanie,” he whispered quietly, trying his best to hide his face as he kept his focus on the ever so approaching group. Immediately the commuters started walk out the door the men had walked through. “Stephanie…” he whispered again.

“What’s up,” she yelled out quite loudly, causing Kyoji to retreat onto the seat behind him, his face showing a legitimate look of being afraid. “What’s wrong,” she asked again.

“Alright girl you better not-,” One of the men said as he clasped his hand on her shoulder.

“PEDOPHILE,” Stephanie instinctively yelled out as she spun around, and quickly donned the look of Kyoji’s face. The group of men laughed as they quickly surrounded their booths.

“Now then, you should learn that kids should never try to trick old men.”

“Well forgive us for being a tad bit quicker on our feet in more ways than one.”

“Enough,” the oldest of the three erupted as he took their image into his mind, hoping this would be the last time. “Make them little less nimble boys.” Instantly Stephanie bolted out the window in a single movement, her hands catching the upper window sill and flinging her onto the roof. The men stared out the window, as if expecting her to be kind enough to bring herself back into it as Kyoji tip-toed behind them.

“Izawa, take half the men and after the bastard who punched me in the face!” Kyoji immediately broke into a full sprint into the other cars, with over twenty men after him.

Stephanie looked behind her shoulder as she concentrated to maintain her balance, watching as black suited men started to climb onto the roof in all directions. Within seconds she was already cut off and surrounded.  She immediately took another Chinese style defensive stance.

“No apologies then boys,” she called out. A few of the men from the font charged in, fists at the ready. She watched their fists travel until they began to slow in her mind, quickly side stepping she gently clasped onto his wrist and allowed the punch to follow its flight path as she delivered a very quick and decisive chop to his throat. She could feel his pulse shutter from his wrists as she finally gave only a little tug, sending him off the train. The second man, slightly stunned at the fast and fluid motions of Stephanie instead tried to grab her.

She advanced in a foreword roll, grabbing his wrists again and rolling backwards, tossing him off the train as well. Their comrades watched as the quickly disappeared from sight, rolling down the raised slopes of the tracks.

“Don’t just stand there, everyone go at once,” Izawa yelled out as he himself started to walk slowly towards her. IN a sudden rush four more ran ahead of him and no longer feeling the need to risk it Izawa held his ground. Stephanie adjusted her stance again into a very low stance with her right leg  stretched out in front of her, her arms widely spread forming a half-circle in their empty space. Her trade mark grin returned to her face.

“EVERYONE OPEN YOUR WINDOWS AND LEAVE THE CAR,” Kyoji yelled out to the commuters as he drove his fist in a typical brawler fashion into the closest assailant to him, sending him to the ground and causing the next few to stumble and trip over him. Taking a quick look behind him, he could see that for some reason his request was being followed as most of the windows were opened and most of the commuters had already evacuated while a few struggled against the others to watch through the windows in the doors leading to the next car.

He reached into his pocket, pulling out a blue handkerchief with white spots on it, and promptly concealing his lower half of his face with it. It was game time. He took his stance by placing his feet widely spaced apart and brought his forearms with fists closed in front of him. He took one look to his sides, watching four men fall from the roof. The men in his car watched their mistake. Kyoji took off straight at the nearest one, dipping his body low.

“Hey watch out,” one tried to warn but was too late as Kyoji scooped him up and used him to run through the thick crowd, picking the man up by his collar and belt and ever so casually tossed him out one of the open windows. Again they watched his actions and watched as one of their own began to roll down the sides of the track. Strike two. Kyoji took off again towards the nearest man who caught a glimpse of him and quickly threw a jab. Rolling to the opposite side Kyoji extended his elbow out and in the middle of the roll connected with the temple of his target. Moving forward he quickly threw a quick one-two combo on the guy in front of him, causing him to flinch. With a final haymaker the man dropped to the ground and Kyoji continued to move forward into the crowd.

Stephanie spun in the air above her next victim, facing his back as she landed directly on his exposed calf as if he were frozen in his running. Ducking a wild swing above her head she jumped off the train, hanging onto the man’s tie as it slammed him onto the roof face first. Running along the windows she quickly peered inside as Kyoji tossed another man out the window and gave her thumbs up before re-engaging his targets. Following the arc of travel she jumped back up onto the roof, the momentum causing the man to stumble off the roof. She had reduced their numbers by half on counter attacks alone. Time for a change of pace. She ran straight at them before sliding between the legs of them, catching the last man in the most intimate of places and using all her available arm strength slamming him down onto the very edge of the roof in a very old-school wrestling pin move.

“You know you all have exactly forty seconds to bail out now and jump into the lake we’re passing,” she said with a smile, tilting her head slightly to the side. Two of them looked at each other and took her up on her offer, making a splash into the water as she promised. Izawa looked at the rest of his men with the same worried look.

“What’s wrong with you,” he demanded his men to move, but they held their ground. At the last moment, very last one of them jumped for it, a few misfortunate ones being too late as they smacked into the hill instead.  Izawa looked at her as her smile turned into her victorious smirk of unfriendly intent. She placed her arms behind her back and held onto her wrists. She turned her back and began to causally walk away from Izawa, as if he weren’t there and as if she wasn’t walking along the roof of a speeding train.

“You won’t make a fool out of me again,” he declared as he himself ran after her.

“Hm,” she hummed as she looked behind him and spun on one foot, letting him stumbling over her thigh that she raised at the last second. She held that position as a pose for him as he stumbled and rolled, nearly off the train. “It’s funny because I can make fools out of anyone…” she started as she looked away, lost in her thoughts.  Now furious Izawa stood up and ran at her again. In a flash however she spun on her foot and opened her extended leg, resting her lower calf at the back of his neck and allowing him to run a few more steps forward before adding her own power on top of his and throwing him to the ground.

“What are you…” Izawa muttered as he struggled to stand up.

“Don’t you know,” Stephanie asked him.

“No I don’t,” he replied hastily as government labs and aliens quickly began to fill his mind.

“I’m just a bird, I wanna fly away,” she replied as she stuck her tongue out at him. “Come on you pervert you know you want to taste.” Completely overtaken with rage with her ludicrous (but alluring) statement he threw punches and jabs at her as she slowly walked backwards, dodging each blow out right before breaking off into a light run, making sure that he broke into a full out sprint after her. A sadistic smirk replaced her face and slowed her pace and waited until he was right ontop of her. In a split second, she dropped to the roof with her arms behind her head, her feet hitting Izawa right in his legs, causing him to flip forward in the air. His eyes widened as she waved goodbye to him as he flew off the train on his own as it continued on without him. Rolling back on her hands and flipping herself foreword, she spotted a figure that was already walking towards her. Removing his spotted handkerchief, Kyoji raised his hand and waved to her as they smacked their hands together, falling to their bottoms at the edge of the train. They watched the scenery pass them as they began approaching the city.

“And to think all this took one episode and this was only our morning,” Kyoji remarked into the air.

26th-Feb-2012 09:53 pm - Urban Air Episode 2

“Mia what do you have for us tonight,” Stephanie asked as she placed her hands behind her head and leaned back slightly as she walked in with Kyoji close behind her. A young woman in her early twenties looked up from her seclusion behind an old cashiers desk. She did her best to stifle a yawn from her mouth as she eyed them.

“You two again huh, I take it the rest of your lot hasn’t bothered to show up yet,” she asked with her usual sternness.

“Give ‘em a break Mia, our crew has never failed you once and you know it,” Kyoji replied as he picked up his bag from Stephanie’s side.

“Tch,” she sneered as she fought to stifle another yawn to her embarrassment. “I know this Kyoji but I just hate it when kids your age are late for everything…”  With a slight sigh Mia wiggled the mouse to her laptop until the screen came on and began typing away. She eyed Stephanie who continued to mindless walk around and stare at random photo’s push pinned to the wall in a cheap manner. “Something on your mind Danni,” Mia asked her.

Stephanie turned her head in response, “nothing really Mia, just looking at the photos again.” Stephanie returned her gaze to the pictures until the distinct sounds of keys clicking faded from her mind.

“Alright listen up you two. This should be a walk in the park for the likes of you.” Stephanie shook her head, letting her mind return to reality as she walked towards the desk. Kyoji promptly clasped his hand on her head and shook it around.

“Return to Earth Danni,” he joked as she went along with the motions.

“…Anyways,” Mia resumed, “Your package is small and light this time. You can use your normal packs.” She reached down behind the desk disappearing for a moment, only to reappear with two boxes no bigger than a foot in all directions. “These aren’t fragile or combustible this time…” she ended the sentence with a few shivers. “ They’re both going to the same place and luckily for me it’s not time sensitive so you can take your time with this one.”

The corners of Stephanie’s mouth slowly drew into a frown, “…where’s the sense of adventure in that?” Kyoji smiled as he closed his eyes and relaxed his shoulders as he leaned against the wall.

“You should be thanking me Danni, last night’s job was bad enough to follow us into the morning.”

“Ugh, oh no what happened this morning,” Mia asked as she buried her forehead into her palm. She immediately walked over to the back of the room, the strong smell of foreign coffee filling the air. After a few moments she walked back with two mugs and handed one to Kyoji. They both take sip before Mia resumed. “Talk.” Stephanie took a half step back as she scratched her head nervously.

“So um, the bastard that tried to swindle me out of my pay, I kinda sorta made off with the green contents of his wallet.” Stephanie took another step back  as Mia leaned forward with her knuckles on her hips.

“I can expect some kind of retribution of course but you go through me first on the matters of such.” Kyoji shot a glance at Stephanie and gave her a soft playful slap to the back of her head.

“Ok! Ok,” she exclaimed as she winced, rubbing her head.  “So then he tried to put his hands on me and the next thing I knew he was going to wake up in the back of an alley somewhere.” Worried she looked over to her sellout, who shot her another glance. “…and along with about five or so individuals who tried…to…help…him…” Stephanie backed up as Mia clenched her teeth.

“Building 840 room 314 on building, Akisaka District. Leave. Now.” Quickly grabbing their boxes they evacuated their work place and quickly closed the door behind them. They both stood there for a moment silently before she broke the silence.

“Kyoji that’s twice you abandoned your comrade in a time of need.” Stephanie threw another jab, but this time Kyoji was ready  and pushed it aside.

“Relax Danni, I’m sory but you do bring these things on yourself.” Stephanie let out a sigh as she closed her eyes.

                “You’re right, let’s roll then.”

“Agreed, besides I doubt Mia could really get that mad. I mean she’s the gentle grouch right?”

Crash…TANG!  Bewildered, the pair looked at the large frying pan sticking in the fence in front of them and followed its path of origin through the door behind them that had a nearly perfect slice in it. Through the slice they could see Mia standing there, bending downwards slightly as she struggled to contain her rage. Immediately they took off running as they heard shouting coming from behind them.

“AND MAKE ENOUGH MONEY TO FIX MY DOOR! FIRST A DRUNK AND NOW THIS?!”

The two slowed their sprints to a walk, hiding behind a corner and peeking to make sure they weren’t followed.

“Ok, so she CAN get that mad. Guess the stories about our boss are true. In any case how do you wanna go about this? Free Running twice is bad, three times is worst.” Stephanie gave him another playful frown.

“But that’s not fun at all, besides it’s on the other side of town and I’m trying to take a long bath tonight.” She held onto the lapels of her school uniform with a soft smile, causing Kyoji to face-palm.

“Alright, alright we can run but we’re not going to do run ok? I’m tired and hungry too.” They both started to walk for a few moments before breaking off into a fast jog on the side walk, passing the many small shops along their way. The sun was already lower than the top of the taller buildings, casting long shadows onto the streets. Few cars passed them as they ran past the numerous people who were part of the later commute home.

“Who knows maybe when Mia calms down she can cook for you since you’re so hungry Kyoji,” she called out as she observed an unusual blankness to his face. His face regained some color and shook his head.

“NO way in hell, who knows what brain matter that frying pan, has touched.” They turned right and Kyoji started to slow down and came to a complete stop, panting heavily. “Sorry Danni, I have to rest for a bit… too… hungry…” he cried as he slumped against a chain fence until he sat down onto the side walk.

“Hey are you gonna live Kyoji?" Stephanie walked over, and he promptly motioned her by sticking his arm out stiffly towards her.

“I’m fine, just hungry,” he replied as he leaned his head back against the fence. He reached into his pocket and pulled out a few coins and placed it into her hand. “Power-bar, any flavor, any brand just hurry…” Taking a quick glance around she took off back down the road.

Her detour started to seemed gloomy as every convince store and mini-mart had already closed. Street lights had come on during her separation from Kyoji and she had begun to wonder if she should get back to him. She turned the corner again and slid to a halt. She looked across the street and to her delight it seemed to still be open. Quickly sprinting across the street she pulled the door open and walked in.

                “Welcome to-“

“Power or energy bars quickly please, sorry I’m in an emergency.”

“Oh down this isle, by the candies.”

“Thank you,” Stephanie exclaimed as she quickly ran down the aisle and grabbed one of the many assorted types at random and ran back to the cashier. She quickly handed him the bar along with all the coins without counting or even looking at the price.

“My my, you really are in a rush aren’t you. I would be to at this time here in Youni district.” Stephanie’s eyes shot open.

“I’m WHERE Sir,” she exclaimed loudly. She pulled out her map she keeps folded with her iPod to verify. To her worst annoyance she was indeed in Youni District.

“Just take it and I’ll-“ he started as she turned and sprinted out the door at a speed so fast that when he turned to peek out the window she was already up the street.

“Well come on man, just let us have the bag and we’ll be out of your hair.” Kyoji kept his back to the brick wall he ran to only minutes before, keeping his guard stance.

“Sorry bro this is official business, I’m just waiting for my partner to come back with something to eat.” He looked at the lot that had backed him into the corner.  Each one of the group of ten was at least as tall if not taller than him, many of which at least a head taller. “Foreigner hoodlums huh? God damn it I THOUGHT YOU WERE GOING TO GO EASY ON ME,” he thought very, very loudly inside his head.

“Well then I hope your partner is going to be as fun as you then.” The thug that did most of the talking through a punch which was swiftly avoided as Kyoji ducked his head and shoving his left fist into the temple of his attacker. Instantly they all closed in on him at once, causing him to regain his guard. Their wild punches battered against his arms and caused him to wince in pain. He was still too weak to fight back despite the necessity.

Out of the corner of his eye something caught his eye, one of them had a crow bar and was making his way to join the fray.

“Say good night-“ he began only to find himself on the ground and looking for an explanation. In a flash Stephanie jumped over the crowd in a flip, planted her feet on the wall and sprang forward, shoving them off of Kyoji.

“It took you long enough,” he sneered sarcastically as he took the bar from her and ripped it from its wrapper in a hurry, shoving most of the bar into his mouth and chewing quickly. Slowly life had begun to return to his face, along with his usual coolness. “Now then how you wanna play it tonight Stephanie now that I have SOMETHING in me?”

“Get the bastards,” the man carrying the crow bar yelled as he thrusted it into the air and charged with the rest of his gang. Stephanie looked at Kyoji and the both nodded and got into their defensive stances; Kyoji’s a more typical boxing type stance while Stephanie fluidly spread her arms in front and behind her while bending back on her legs in a kung-fu style stance. Just as the man swung his crowbar towards Stephanie, the pair jumped forwards towards them, running across their shoulders and heads and using them to jump over the fence.

“What the heck,” they all seemed to cry out like a song lyric as Kyoji continued down the street. Stephanie rushed back towards the gate and locked it, casting her grin over the now effectively caged group of people before chasing Kyoji out of the Youni District.

“Man all that trouble for imported swim suit magazines? What the heck dude,” Kyoji exclaimed as the cold rushing air flowing over his body helped ease the pain. The bumps of the tracks caused their body to bounce on the top of the train car as it continued its path out of the city.

“At least she paid well enough, and after seeing your face we got a little extra than normal for tip so stop complaining so much Kyoji,” Stephanie replied as she rested her head into her hands.

“Yeah you’re right, besides old Borris had quite the amount of cash on him didn’t he?” Stephanie smirked as she tapped the wallet that was strapped to her leg under her skirt.

“Yes Sir, too bad he also wasn’t fast enough with that crow bar.” [Danni California’s Chorus starts fading in] The two immediately erupted in laughter as they both gazed at the unobstructed view of the stars.

“Why, it doesn’t make sense,” Djinn yelled as he threw another punch towards her from his guard. As always it was met with a clang against his gauntlets from her own fluid strike from her blade. Stephanie followed through with strike, quickly exchanging her left foot for her right as she moved forward, delivering yet another deceptively powerful strike that met Djinn’s gauntlets and causing him to slide across the ground on his heels. Her eyes emanated the ambient glow of her heart; of her.

“What does it matter to you, being of darkness,” she called out to him as he adjusted his stance from her previous blow.

“I am the darkness that was within him yes, but you were also a part of him. Therefore I am also the darkness within you.” The corner of Stephanie’s mouth pulled downwards as her eyes narrowed, “and besides this has nothing to do with what I asked you earlier. I was also part of his heart, part of you. Why did you choose the form you’re in now, Stephanie Kazawa?”

[Kojima’s Director’s Note]

From here with the camera slowly zooming in on Stephanie, she takes numerous slowing breaths and blinks when her eyes blink; when they open they’ll show a reflection of me with the camera still zooming in. Once my image is the full screen, camera rotates and passes through her reflection image into my world, circles behind my head then looks down to a piece of paper in which I’m drawing an eye. The train gently swayed up and down as it continued its destined route, shifting the rays of the morning sun around inside. Many of the morning commuters were clinging onto the few minutes of sleep they could before their day would officially begin. Some were awake, listening to music on their MP-3 players while a few quietly conversed among each other and on their phones. One looked past her reflection on the window and ignored everything I just mentioned.

Her light brown hair was short and most could claim slightly boyish in appearance. Her hair only further highlighted her school uniform, white with caramel colored sections and matching plaid skirt with the colors of autumn. Red-rimmed glasses adorned her pale colored face which off stetted her deep, dark blue eyes. She was keeping her eyes fixed on the ever growing city they were approaching. A small smile lighted her current vacant face as her eyes began to lighten up.

The train began to slow down and people immediately began to stand. A few awoke from their battle to keep sheep in their mind and stretched out. After a few minutes her car had emptied minus herself and a few others wearing her uniform. She knew them, but only their faces. Their stop was coming up next and she relaxed her body, uncrossing her legs and hunching forwards. She shot a glance to a young man in a uniform with a similar color scheme. He gave a simple nod to her as he returned his gaze out of his window. The train began to slow again and this time she stood up as well.

As she walked towards the door two very large figures caught her attention in the corner of her glasses.  As the door opened she immediately stepped through, the cool morning air running through her hair and slightly chilling her pale legs.  She kept an eye on the two figures and her hunch was right, they were following her like they have been for the past three separate train rides. She walked  towards the escalator with pep, until a new third man stood between her and it. She turned to face them and took in quickly their appearance. They all were in their middle ages as she could guess by their thinning hair and the emergence of crow’s feet from their corners of their eyes.

“Alright, we’ll make this nice and-“ the one on the left began but was quickly cut off.

“RAAAAAAAAAPPPPPPPPPPPE!” Immediately the three began to look around and to their fears, everyone was looking at them. Motion caught one of their eyes and he turned to look behind him.

“Damn it, Izawa she’s gone,” he yelled out.

“What,” he cried out in disbelief as he ran towards the escalator. His eyes opened wide at the sight of  his intended catch grinding down a set of long hand-rails, sparks erupting from the bottom of her shows.

“After her now,” The third man called out to them and they made their way down the stairs. He took a step forward, but a strong hand clasped his shoulder.

“Excuse me sir do you suffer from any age related problems,” the voice behind him asked. He turned into the face of a young man in a school uniform with a big grin on his face. It scared him more an anything.

“No I-Wha,” He cried out as the young man’s punch sent him to the floor, He didn’t get up but his groans was enough to convince him that he’d live. With a running start he jumped down the first flight of stairs, landed hands first and sprang forward feet first, passing the other two men who were still righting their way through people on the escalators. He landed on the balls of his feet and immiedtly took off after his companion who was already far off into the distance. The two men looked each other before hopping over the escalator’s side and running down the stairs until men with a different, more recognizable uniform cut them off with many onlookers pointing directly at them accusingly.

The young woman ran viciously, covering ground on par with only the fastest sprinters. Her arms pumped as her feet drove her forward like a spring. The cool breeze now aided her as it carried away excess body heat away from her. She spotted another set of rails leading down from the platform and leaped high into the air. Her feet made contact with the rail and slid down quickly. She quickly took a surfer like stance and relaxed, catching her breath as the wind blew her hair back.

“It is rather a nice day isn’t it Stephanie,” a familiar voice called out to her. Looking over across from her. Looking over across from her was her companion who slid with her in tandem, standing straight with his hands in his pockets.

“It is a bit cold yeah, why what’s up Kyoji?” He looked over at her in response to her question. Taking a few moments she started to rub her head nervously. “Oh right that, um-“

“Come on don’t play me for a fool, you know damn well what you did.”  Stephanie lowered her body until her bottom was only inches above the rail, her arms dangling lazily between her legs as they continued their decent.

“Three old Japanese guys cornered a school girl, I did only what an honest girl should do,” she replied as she closed her eyes and smiled at him. Kyoji promptly buried his forehead into his palm.

“Hey how many more rails do you think you can take, your tacks are probably going to run out soon,” he asked lazily still in disbelief of his companion.

“Might as well break for it now then, head’s up Kyoji,” she yelled and with a mighty leap sprang into the air. She spread her arms and legs wide as the momentum sent her into a shallow parabolic path. Kyoji’s eyes opened wide for a sec and then gave her another face palm. He followed suit and the two landed feet first, rolled forward and sprang forward.

“By the way, what’s the score Stephanie,” he called out to her as they both ran as fast as they could.

“I’m ahead by two Kyoji and remember what happens when I get plus three on you.” The thought was enough for Kyoji to sprint faster. The people around them turned into a blur the mixed in like a painter taking random colors on his brush and randomly placing strokes on an existing painting. They dodged left and right, jumping over tables in single strides careful not to touch anyone or anything in their wake. She was easily gaining ground on him as always, even before-

“Hey, they’re not supposed to know yet, damn it!”

Erm, my apologies but she you better pay atten- I was starting to say before Kyoji stumbled over a trash can. He followed though the motion into a quick roll, springing forward once more and pushed it as hard as he could to catch up to her.

Stephanie continued her all out sprint, her eyes scanning left and right behind her glasses for obstacles. She could see her objective as the side walk began slope downwards softly at first before it began to steepen. The building was massive with numerous floors all connected to a central point easily five stories taller than the rest of her school.

“Remember what the deal is,” she heard with the tall tale Doppler Effect in effect, causing her head to swivel to her right.

“How the hell,” She thought out as Kyoji soared past her, following the no steeps hill in a shallow parabolic flight path. She could have sworn he was flying. “That’s cheating,” she yelled out as she increased her rate of speed, her legs shaking from the violent impacts they were being subjected to. The sound of rushing air caught her ears and she took one last look at Kyoji ahead of her before she jumped high into the air. Reaching quickly to oversized slippers attached to her pack, she threw them on over her shoes and finished her slow flip, bracing for impact.

CLANG! The metal bottoms of her slippers connected with the pedestrian rail and promptly she began to glide across it as sparks erupted from her slippers.

“It’s a good thing these damn thing wok after all,” she thought to herself as she gained ground on the still airborne Kyoji. She traced his path, passing him as he finally landed, waving with one hand as she took the lead and quickly gained immediate ground on him.

“Damn that girl,” Kyoji muttered as he slowed his pace until he came to a light jog. He maintained this speed until he reached the gates of the school yard, already preparing for his dreadful punishment to losing.

“Honey can you come here for a second, I need help with our little terrorist.” I stood up from my desk, looking at the manga panels and running the segments through my mind. I took once last glance at Kyoji’s face before walking into the kitchen.

“Poor guy, I promise I’ll go easy on you.”

“Well I’m glad you two can make, late as you are,” the stern stone-faced man sneered as Stephanie and Kyoji made it through the door.

“But we’re not even-“Stephanie started only to be cut off by the bell. She looked around quickly, finding her back up had already taken cover behind his seat. “Kyoji…” she managed to whisper before getting cut off again.

“Make it your seat Ms. Kazawa or I’ll double your detention. With a sigh Stephanie clasped her hands behind her head as she marched to her desk and promptly took her seat.  She set her small satchel style bag to her left on the floor and promptly pulled out her note book. Hey eyes followed her Sensei’s every move until he turned his back. Like the Nazi Blitzkrieg her fist suddenly sent the nerves of Kyoji’s arm into a state of painful panic.

“OW-“Kyoji quickly gasped, stifling any other potential out bursts from his mouth. He glanced at her as he held his arm that pulsed in pain in sync with his heartbeat. Stephanie was focused intently on the lesson taking place, causing him to sigh. “Alright, next time I promise I got your back, Danni.” Stephanie grinned; he could see this from the corner of his eye as he looked down and began to scribble notes into his note book, his left arm still ringing.

As time went by, the sun began to focus it beams directly through the windows, blinding and heating the inhabitants of the school building quite severely. After only a couple of minutes, Kyoji lifted his arm still ringing in pain.

“What is it Mr. Kyoji,” their sensei asked as his eye brow twitched slightly.

“Is it alright with we open a window? It is getting really hot and-“

“Go open it yourself; I have five minutes left you could have waited.” Taking his cue Kyoji quickly stood up and walked briskly to the windows and after unlatching the old fashioned latch, lifted it up high. He looked over at Stephanie and seized an opportunity he hoped for. As he sat down, he grabbed his bag and quietly slid it across the floor, making sure that be brushed his hand against hers to get her attention.

“What is it Kyoji,” she whispered as she took his cue and swapped her bag with his.

“A peace offering” He replied as he sat back up right and eyed the clock. Stephanie took a quick peek inside the bag. Inside was a rather large coil of nylon rope with a strange looking hook. “Quick release hook, see you at work. He stood up, slinging he bag over his shoulder and walked towards the door.

“And where do you think you-“ sensei started to say but was cut off by the simultaneous bell and Kyoji opening the door to the point he just watched. Seeing her chance, Stephanie quickly pulled the rope out of the bag and tied the hook to a large pipe against the wall and sat back down in her seat. She knew she could have left just then, but Kyoji’s sudden act of chivalry kept the smirk alive on her face. She waited until everyone left the room.

“Now Miss Kazawa do you know why you’re still here?” Her Sensei kept his eyes focused on her, his frustration apparent.

“Because I’m a Juvenile delinquent with no aspirations for the future  who’s frequently late because unlike most kids my age I have a job to make enough money just to come here every day.” Her smirk deepened as she lowered her head a bit and focuses on him intently. His eyebrow twitched again, the corners of his mouth fumbling as he failed to get the right words out. He turned his back, and that’s all she needed. She grabbed the large coil of rope and with only two powerful strides, dove through the window head first.

She continued down the rope head first, wrapping her legs around it and using the soles of her shoes to slow her descent. She clenched the rope with one hand and the end with a special plastic device in the other. Just before she reached the ground she extended her arms slightly and unwrapped her legs. She let her arms take the initial impact and quickly sprang herself forward into a front flip, pressing the button on the ropes and just like a charm the hook detached and flew out the window she just  came through, five stories up.

As she jogged across the school grounds she reached inside her shirt and pulled out her slim pink iPod and promptly placed her headphones into her ears. The familiar intro drum rhythm helped her relax as she ran along.

                                                                                       [Danni California]

Stephanie began to run up the hill from her race in the morning at a much slower but steady pace, still making much more ground and time than most could or would be willing to do so.

                                [What in the world does your company take me for?}

As she cleared the top of the hill she took a mighty leap upwards, landing on a guard rail with her metal slippers on and began sliding downwards.

                                [Black Bandana, Sweet Louisiana…]

She relaxes on her grin to her signature squatting relaxed pose as she kept her eyes on her target.

[She’s a Runner, Rebel and a stunner, On her merry way saying baby what’cha gonna?]

Stephanie leaps off and makes her way to a closing elevator.

                                [Just another way to survive…]

The elevator goes up, cam perspective slightly behind her as she’s looking up. After it passes a floor it becomes an all glass and open view of the city at sun set. Credits start to appear

                                [California rest in peace…]

The cam switches to in front of her, lit up by the glow of the setting sun. and grins

                                [California show your teeth…]

Elevator opens and starts running, does a back flip onto another rail and slides backwards…

                                [She’s a lover, baby and a fighter]

And does another back flip and free falls for a moment before catching onto a empty sign pole and swings around it once and leaps onto a roof top and takes off running.

[With a name like Danni California]

She hops over a few air conditioning ducts and vaulting over a few other ones as she ran along before taking a leap from one building (slow motion) and lands, tumbles and gets up and runs again

[I love my Baby to death~]

She repeats this one multiple different buildings until she comes to one with a ladder and jumps onto it and slides all the way down.

                                [California…]

She takes off into her signature fast sprint, dodging people left and right

[Who knew the other side of you]

She runs into a shopping center and runs down the moving rail of an escalator and performs a series of sprints, dodging and leaps over and around people.

                                [Push the Fador, gifted Animator]

After running through the main area of the shopping center (mall) she bursts through the last store and out the door.

                                [California]

After running across the street and through a series of alleys she comes to the back of a building with Kyoji sitting on stairs leading to a door and he tosses her  a bottle of water.

She gives him a softer sucker punch on the opposite arm and they walk inside, with a banner above the door reading “Urban Air Blitz Delivery”

The Wensday in question was a great success, for a few a certain amount of time, my heart was actual engaged when I wanted it to. Sounds a bit weird I know, but I have a long way to go before I'm no longer distant from the world around me.

In turn it has over the years given me a great deal of insight, and the ability to look at things as a whole. Well that intself could also be considered a curse in certain circles. The world is gerneraly a sad one at best, but it's always those moments, places and people bursting with light that make it berarble.

One such thing that REALLY needs to stop but I know it won't is how people drive. Honestly people if you're speeding at speeds even I would consider dangerous, then you probally should have left EARLIER. Safest way to ensure you get where you need to be WHEN you need to be there. Looking ahead is the best way to dodge the astroids known as Shinanigans.

I'm very quickly narrowing down what I need out of my guitars and my sound. It is unfortunate you can't truley have one guitar to do everything. There are guitars that have the insane versitality to have one believe it's possible but in all realities it simply isn't. So far this is the list of planned and current guitars and their uses that I do or will obtain.

Hazel, the Pumpkin King - Epiphone Les Paul 100. At a minimum needs a brdige humbucker replacement.
Uses: My songs that I've written in Drop - D , more Metal oreinted Riffing rather than all out soloing. Not for Hard Rock or Clean.

Emi-Namine, Jackson Randy Rhoads 3 model, limited Edition RR5 Apperance. Needs a new Bridge Volume Pot
Uses: More solo oreinted playing as well as some instrumentals.

---------
Lily - Paul Reed Smith Student Edition, Single Cut 245
Uses: Work horse guitar. For my Drop D songs as well as Hard Rock, Heavy metal, blues, clean songs. My go to guitar for Cover songs. Needs no modifications.

Now let's talk gear.
As a true lover all the instruments, my goal with the guitar has always been to copy other instruments, such as the human voice, violins and such. TO acheive this I am going to need some gear...

First of all, I'm going to need a Digitech Whammy, it'll enable me to instantly achieve higher notes up to 2 octs. higher which will be useful when imitating a violin, along with an E-bow. Also so this will help me in Tom Morrelo type DJ imitating.

After curiosity got the better of me, I went to MP Hollow, and reunited with something very special to me: Hazel.

The Hazel was my very, very first guitar that I could legitamitly call mine. She is a Epiphone Les Paul 100. This is the model just above the lowest model Ephiphone has to offer in a Les Paul style body. As bad as this would seem to guitar enthusiasts, it's what sepperates her from her "True form Gibson" Les Paul. The most notable and biggest no-no to Gibson freaks is her bolt on neck, as damn near all Gibson and most Epiphone guitars sport the traditional Set Neck. This did actaully turn me off a lot of my guitars, but I got over that stigma as I grew as a guitarist and gear head. In stead of looking how this makes Hazel a "non-true" Les Paul, I see how much better it makes her for me than being a "Les Paul." It could be comapred to being accused a false christian. Who really is to say or judge such things?

The bolt on neck is also coupled with a much thinner body made of mahogony with no maple cap, more Les Paul blasphomys. How ever I did come to appericate recently that her body as a very soft carved top, which makes her much more beautiful and pleasant to play, significantly easier than a conventional Les Paul as I have to change my potion of my body and hand just to reach into the single cut away. As EVH has said, "I don't want to have to fight the damn thing," well shit neither do I! So with those differences listed let me go over what she does have as a guitar, not what she doesnt being an Epiphone Les Paul.

She has the shorter 24' and some change neck (I dont bother with fractions) with 22 vintage style frets. The neck shape is thick and rounded, assuming similar to a 50's rounded neck profile of GIbson's. She also weilds two Epiphone Humbuckers, Tune-o-Matic bridge and traditional toggle switch. She also has the standard 2 tone, 2 volume knobs.

Now as the type of my guitarist I am, this guitar actually feels right for just about every situation I throw myself into. My hands are tuned to vintage instruments although I've had my fair share of more modern deisgned instruments. The speed I've developed over the years is optomized on Tune-O_matic stop tail bridges, meaning I can pick the fastest on this kind of guitar. This is good as I enjoy playing all sorts of metal, and like a lot of guitarists, enjoy the mindless shredding when no one is around. The only realy down side of playing this guitar is once again a trouble area for SIngle Cut-away guitars in gerneral, but as I stated before, plays much easier and faster than a GIbson Les Paul, especially the ones with Maple Caps. To sum up how to really and how this guitar should be classified is that it's not a Vintage style instrument at all, but rather a very modern instrument with Les Paul Styling and vibe. A solide mention would be that tapping on this guitar is insanley easy, feels very natural with this guitar and sounds for some reason very clear, like one people first heard EVH's tapping, just so clear.

Now for the tonal characteristics.

The picks are made by Epiphone and to most people, aren't the best in the world and I can agree with this. However it does suit my needs just fine so far. Reason being, I play with a lot of gian. I mean, ALOT of gain. With hotter pickups my sound becomes steril and too hot to the point it's only meant fro screaming, not the best for rythms or softer playing. Well, these picks have low out put, and could be considered a tad bit too dark. So I changed my amp settings, having little bass but pushed mids and treble. This gave me perfect tone for my drop D songs and is very clear with my playing even with the amount of gain and delay I always have cranked up (sounding cool to yourself is a great way to build confidence.) To play more hard rock stuff, all I need to do is dial down the tone and volume control on her, and you have a hard rock tone that isn't too hot. Turn it back up and you have metal again. Even then they still have 2 major draw backs.

1st of which the harmonics are not easy to get. They're there but you need to be a little creative in getting them. I myself am developing a tech where I switch between playing with a pick and finger picking, as with finger picking I can get insane and beautiful harmonics without even trying, probally due to the gain of course but hey, gain is a rock guys friend.

The other probelm which is once again a blasphomy to Les Paul players, a lack of sustain. Since I play fast and percusivley most of the time this isn't much of a problem to me. However when I slow things down to get intimate, sustain is my friend so there is one problem I can't so easily correct. A pick up change would seem inevitable, but finding lower powered pick ups with increased harmonics and long sustain is a bit tricky. I have one in mind of course, as my favorite guitar is a Les Paul Killer and the true king of Single cut aways which by chance also happens to have my favorite pick up of all time.

The PRS SE 245, Project Lily-Hanako is my favorite guitar because it delievers everything people love about Les Pauls, but does it better. Gibson fears this guitar and they really should. I wonder how the PRS 245 bridge pick up would sound in Hazel. THere is another pick up Dimarzio came out with that stat. wise it seems to answer what I need out of it. It's Mick Morton Signature pick up. It's a medium out put as his amps provide all the gain and power. It's also obviously meant for metal and to handel that huge amount of gain. I also do intened on eventually aquiring the Gibson Killer, so having two guitaris for two distinct seperate purposes is a good idea as changing tunning on stage is not the coolest thing to do.

This guitar also holds a lot of meaning to me not just because of what it is, but who it was named after.

Apprx~ 4-5 years ago while I was in a certain phase of my life called "falling for someone," I had a very strange dream. I very well forgot most of it but I remeber the after math. I was dreaming about a little asian girl around 5-8 years old. The most nstand out thing was she was wearing clothes very similar to mine, and she had a Moogle plush in her arms where ever she went. The next day at school in math class, I started drawing her. It was then I noticed the similarties in style between her and me, and her hair, her expression, it reminded me of who woould become my Tsuma. Why would I be dreaming of a little girl who acted like me but looked like my girlfriend? Well the answer would be that I came to is that I had a dream about our daughter far from when we ever had a thought about having kids (I was in HS after all!)

Coincidence? perhaps. However the name Hazel kept growin in my mind as I was deisgining my ultimnate guitar, and they ended up sharing realestate on the same sheet of paper, so I've dubed it "Hazel."

After some time I finally made enough money at the end of the 07' school year thanks partly to a friend I did schol work for and a stranger on the other side of the US. I went to guitar center and asked if they had an Epi LP 100 instock and they didnt. They check online and they didn't have the colors I wanted, and the one I liked the least was the only choice I had, but I decided to go for it. After atleast a couple of days, more towards a week or so I recived a call that she came in. After picking her up I remember opening the box when I got back to the truck, and was instantly struck by her beauty. The feeling could be seen as a dad who's seen his child for the first time, having no idea what he/shed look like but none the less beautiful. The name Hazel once again krept across my mind and that forever became her name and synomonus with the girl in my dreams.

So that's why now 'Hazel, the Pumpkin King' is so important to me. Not just as an evolution of my tastes and abilities as a guitarist but she shares the love I have for a little girl I hope to see in the future.

Quite Honestly, I'm tired of people who question me in liking foregin music in a langauge "thats not native to my own."
So in response, I've prepared an ellaborate Introduction.

Let's Start With why I started playing Guitar.

Now for Hard Rock and Blues. Tak MAtsumoto is the Reason I play guitar and his band B'z are the number one selling asian artists of all time. Tak Matsumoto has won AMerican Grammys for his songs and B'z has been inducted in the AMerican Hollywood Rock of fame.

B'z - Zero (live 2008) (Hard Rock)
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VgnewYIhr3Q&feature=related

These next wto examples are the easist in whch I lay my argument.
"You don't understand japanese."
Well I take it you don't know every EVERY single note that a singer in english sings, now do you? With the exception of the all pro musicians who can, to them the step of seeing the voice as it's own seperate instrument is easier. Of course the stubborn trolls of people locked inside their culture/life style. Power to them.

Words are imporant to a song, but it isn't the entire song. How those words are sung is an entire different matter, and to me is much more important then the words them selves.

If a random stranger said "Fuck you," you'd probally take this as offsensive.

If a random stranger said "Fuck you," while you're in bed you might be getting lucky.

Words can convey emotions without being fully understood. This next song is a perfect example. With strongs points on the song in english, you can automatically get the sense of the song and its meaning, but you would already know by the time it actually hits home.

B'z - Don't Leave me (Live, BLues Rock)
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ILT3hU680m4

So then in what sense would his singing be any different from this next song, a entirely instrumental song? There are no words in this next song and sense it could said there were none in the last (that you could understand,) and simply take them in as another instrument conveying emotions. This is the point I make in the arugment of understanding a language to enjoy the song: You've been listening to music all your life, why should it stop to only hat plays in front of you? Ever thought where the heart of music went? I'm not saying it went to Japan. I do say here in america, I see less and less heart, less susbatance to a song at a increasing rate. This is why I went out to find songs like this.

TaK Matsumoto - Koi Uta
When I first Heard this I became a guitarist.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lQkuqIJEK94

So if you at this point still can't bring yourself to do something as simple as to listen first and try to understand later, then please skip this (or you can leave.) as Im going to be introducing bands and artists whom I think still have true musician ship in their songs and covering man genres.

Alright INtroductions begin! I'm going to be starting light and going heavy as I go along so please, sit tight!

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Let's start with Funk. ....what you heard me, funk! New funk, not the same ones you hear alot at parties. This is s high energy example that I think most people would enjoy

Sambomaster - Seishun Kyousoukyoku
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-EaTKGwv_xs
DO I have any idea what this song is about? No. It could be about shaving baby kittens for all I care because all I can do is feel the soul of this song.

Our next group in the Funk Genre is well, they're a little odd. That's fine. I love odd.

FujiFabric - フジファブリック
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tlaj_0mPO8o
Feels like modern 70's and slightly on acid does it not?

Alright from funk we Move onto light rock and I would be no where as a musician period if it weren't for one band: The Pillows. Yes they're soft rock but at the same time, much more up beat and more soulfoul than most other bands I can think of in the same genre or similar styles.

The Pillows - Crazy Sunshine.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=S5F-ySU4B_Y

The Pillows - Happy Bivouac
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YleDDvPdlSw&feature=related

Now an example with less quirkyness and more heart.

The Pillows - Scarecrow
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4mOeYIP4-J4

From soft rock, lets move onto something more fiting to the "rock title"

Also an early influence on my music, where would I be without my Asian Kung-Fu Generation? Yes that's seriously the name of the band and yes they're a great band. ALthough their songs are by no means the stuff of virtuosity, they rock hard in their genre.

Asian Kung-Fu Generation - Haruka Kanta (yes you Naruto fans XD)
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=c2t3BaNme6k
DO you feel that vibe? the steadily pushed since of urgency and rock to this song? Yeah, I thought you'd might.
This next aexmaple has more of that energy.

Asian Kung-Fu Generation - Rewrite (No I'm not an alchemist)
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7JoyMvNiaN8&feature=related
It's important to not take your self so seriously, so I posted my favorite version of this song XD

Now something that has a bit more of that urban feel to it
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6ZDGlsbl_vM
The rythm of this song is the stuff I really can get into and I'm sure Im not the only one wh would agree to this. It's funny that Gotoh looks like my aunty ints PV though.

And now we move onto the punk side of rock in which I present two such exmaples of a band. The first band reminds me of the punk movement in Britian back during it's inception, the orginal meaning of punk that has nothing to do with deffinition of "Green Day." Note that in no way I'm bashing Green Day. What I love about this band is it's not politcal and wont put off your family with the first words being "I am an anti-christ."

Stance Punks - No Boy No Cry
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Uw3dClajbOA

Stance Punks - I wanna be
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=i9EBT3tkCnw

~Oh Yeah!

Now as we move the rock fest, let's add that other Punk Band I was talking about. Even more easy going but still keeping a punk vibe to it, I present to you a recent find from me, a much pleasant to look at, PInk Panda!

The Pink Panda - Wake Up
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=i9EBT3tkCnw

Ok we're going to get through this together ok? We are going to slowly transistion into the Metal Genre. I know I know, screaming shouting loud wailing guitars but WAIT! I said I would ease you into this didn't I? My ultimate argument in metal is, if you couldn't understand the singer in english, then this is no different.

Another early influence in my music is of course, The High and Mighty, High and Mighty Color. Now that dosen't sound like metal does it? Oh don't worry, they belong to the Nu Metal genre shared by Linkin Park and Limp Bizcuit. But trust me, don't let that confuse you or put you off.

High and Mighty Color - Amazing
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=M1zYNGQaPPI
DO you hear the hint's of metal? The heavy distorion that's tamed, the de-tuned guitars and extended scale guitars (over 6 strings) I'm not saying that the male vocalist is a rapper by any means in this song, but the way he backs up up the main singer, sound familiar?

Heavier
High and Mighty Color -Over
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ERZl9mmEJOg

Bit heavier now
High and Mighty Color - Enrai
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=A3QmxqolVEI&feature=related
Everything ok? I told you it's gona get heavier but most people wouldn't scream that this is metal. Nu Metal is a balance of using metal elements to the song

And now the point of no return, welcome to metal.

High and Mighty Color - XYZ
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qi0wQbDiKT4
For most I think this would be the threshold of how far they would dig into metal if they're weren't a fan of the genre. Liuckily for YOU I am and prepared to dive deeper into the Depths of J-Metal.

Once again I'll do this from a soft to heavy form even though saying this about metal to most people would seem, not so um possible.

Without further adu I present my favorite metal band of all time. We Are! We Are! We Are! X~

X Japan, power metal gods.

X - Japan - Silent Jealousy. We're starting light here, and would be the most ear friendly.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WzHbHxSEtVQ

As we dive deeper in their past, we uncover their more hard hitting tracks. Beware, I'm not sugar coating this jump in agression.

X - Japan - Orgasm.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=34xVwj03puA

Heavier

X - Japan - Blue Blood.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_ovAk5avdzE

Heavier

X - Japan - I'll Kill You
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Q7ni8QQeFX0

As I was a born metal head although it laid dormant over the years until it finally exploded, it exploded with my discovery of X - Japan.

Well maybe you don't like 1980's based Power Metal. I got some new stuff for you~

In the World of Japanese Nu Metal, they are the kings and queen.

Starting light (figurative)
Maximum the Hormone - Koi no Mega Lover
How many style do you hear fused into one song? This why they rock, and they do it HARD.

Heavier (and my personal favorite)

Maximum the Hormone - Buiikikaesu
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SLhPALRnpT4&feature=related
Yes Metal can be asian sounding AND funky at the same time

Heavier
Maximum the Hormone - What's People?!
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vv193e-7T3E&feature=related
There are many cats in england in deed.

Heavier.
Maximum the Hormone - Tsume Tsume Tsume
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MXPfCPVU9Mk&feature=related
Coat to Toast!

Now we move onto a touchy subjective band who's heaviness (and delicates) know no bounds.

Dir en Grey.

Dir en Grey - Cage.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FvjbPvR8Vnw&feature=related
Those are men, yes, men. Get over it.

Dir en Grey - the Final
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=V71xhU6Wv4M

Now I can go into the songs of between more, but lets just do a drop-shock at what Dir En Grey is really capable of. FOr the metal heads out there, if you go any heavier than this, well who am I to judge?

Dir en Grey - Agitated Screams of Maggots.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CGo5MBAiwaE

Even I have my limits in metal and that pretty much hit's it on the nail.

Well then maybe the WHOLE thing about rock isn't your taste (that s right, brining it down to a more club friendly level)

Club style of music has been getting big to my annoyance but I have found a few songs I like, some inlcuding musicans I already liked!

Back on Feat. Mini - One Step
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fAZUbQRf6DI

and now to my next subject, love songs. Yeah you heard me, love songs. I'm going to pull out a random mix of love songs for you all to enjoy. Maybe it'll knock a certain waste of a Final Fanatsy singer of her hype stool.

Lets start with one of my favorite Multi language singers thats well known even in America.

Utada Hikaru - Fly me to the moon
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KJSJngXfv20

Utada Hikaru - Simple and Clean
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZleBengRYvI

Utada Hikaru - Hikari
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZzFV-OFsN-g

Utada Hikaru - First Love
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IUpxV7pmaTI

My next singer is a 3 languge singing beast, a sexy beast.

Younha - Open Arms
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ee3C6LWsDrk

Younha - If I ain't got you
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jFXEKPKRSm0&feature=related

Younha - Touch
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LTHAVu_Wve0

Younha - Your my Hero
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CzBWvHBHvA4

Younha - Secret Code 486
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-pFztIMV7TE&feature=fvst

Now we move onto a Japanese singer with a powerful voice

Stephanie - Friends
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VkRDKjmhKKE

Now we move onto a singer who has one hell of a voice; so much so that when she did a Celin Dion Cover, they ended up doing a song TOGETHER!

As I conclude this crash course, there are hundreds upon thousands of great artists and songs not just from Japan and korea, but all around the world. Don't sell out to what's offered to you for free. Get out there and look for music you like. DOn't be dicouraged by languge alone, as thats what lyrics are for. I hope you enjoyed it and now can understand why it gets annoying when people ask a simple question as to why? or to even challenge it by race. cluture or any other reason.

Real Music, dosne't have a language.
